My meditation videos

Meditation is about how you live your life. Do you live it with full awareness? Do you live your life with passion? If so, that's a meditation. Don't think of meditation like some kind of job which requires
techniques or that kind of stuff. Just do what you most enjoy, live with passion and full awareness and you will lead yourself to meditation that way.

In order to really get to know what's right for you, what do you really want to do with your life, what is important to you, you have take some steps, developing your intuition and mental power. You have to relax and go deep inside you, in order to get to know yourself. You have to discover who you really are. That's a reason you need to take time for meditation every day till meditation becomes natural for you. In other words, you won't have to do meditatrion, once you know it. Meditation is not an action, it's a state of mind. So once that state of mind becomes permanent, you won't have to worry about how to meditate. Meditation at that point will become your natural state of mind.

I do enjoy creating meditation videos, mixing nature videos with some interesting music and/or brainwave entertainment technologies.  I also make visualization videos that uses affirmations to help you reach positive state of mind. Time after time I put these videos on youtube for you to watch.

Music helps - binaural beats

In my previous article "Music helps - increase brainpower", I told how I started my journey with music as a tool for health and self-growth. I started listening to classical music, in order to help me with studying and memorizing things. I started to feel the power of music. So I began looking for more information about music that helps. So I found out about brainwave entertainment music.


What is brainwave entertainment music?

In short, it is music that tunes your brain into a certain state, which is related to something we want to achieve, for example, meditation state. Different states of mind have different frequencies (actually ranges of frequencies). So brainwave entertainment music produces frequencies that influence brain to switch into the desired state. 

Generally speaking, these are major categories of brain waves:


Beta brain waves - 12 Hz to 30 Hz  (daily life, totally awake, focused)

Alpha brain waves - 8 Hz to 12 Hz (relaxed state, but you are aware, lower frequencies are related to high meditation state, open to suggestions)
Theta brain waves - 4 Hz to 7 Hz (deep meditation state, access subconscious mind, healing state)
Delta brain waves - 0.1 Hz to 4 Hz (very deep meditation, sleep, deep sleep)

There also levels for each of these categories as you can see. For example there are high, medium and low beta brain waves. High beta frequencies are related to more stress, you can become more relaxed when reducing them. In high alpha state you can study and more easily memorize things while being calm and relaxed, but in low alpha state you are too much relaxed for focing, but it is great for repeating positive affirmations. Often low alpha state is when you awake from sleep, but have not yet opened your eyes. You are aware of things going around you, but are not focused. Theta state, as said before, is a state of deep meditation. And in delta state you fall in sleep. So human brain often reaches all of those states. When you meditate deeply, you are into theta state, but have you noticed that often meditation goes into sleep? That's is a usual process of falling asleep. So the aim of brainwave entertainment music is to hold your brain into certain state for a longer period of time. 


What you can get from brainwave entertainment music?

Brain sends signals to all cells in your body. By listening to brainwave music, certain parts of your brain are being stimulated, so certain signals are sent to your all organs and cells, making you feel differently. You can get better health, improve memory, stimulate meditation ability, increasing mental power, overcome obstacles in your life, change your attitude and mood in any situation. That is just by listening to a specific music.


There are three types of brainwave entertainment music - binaural beats, isochronic tones and monaural beats.

Today I am going to tell you about my experience with binaural beats. Binaural beats technology is the oldest of those three. The effect of binaural beats was discovered in 1839 by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove. Great experiments have been made in the last 50 years. And now there are many tested and effective audio  programs, sessions, meditation programs, that are based on binaural beats. I have to say though that nowadays it's more often that those three types of technologies work together to offer even better results. Some people better react to binaural beats, while others prefer isochronic tones. So they are often mixed up to please both audiences.

Binaural beats is the first brainwave entertainment technology I got to know about. I have tested many different audio sessions and I got to conslusion that not all of them work fine on me . I somehow do not react to some of them. So this is my advice to you - don't give up if you are not satisfied with a specific product, try another. Not all of them is for everybody.

How binaural beats work?

The principle is simple. Different frequencies are played to left and right ear (left and right audio channel) and the resulting frequency is the difference between them. So it is very important to use stereo headphones when listening to binaural beats.

As an example, if 100hz is recorder in the right channel and 107 in the left, 7hz is the resulting frequency and is related to theta state. Theta frequency can also be carried by

If you ask, why not to play 7 hz straight into ears, I say that's because human ear can't hear that low frquency (human can't hear under 20 hz). So carrier frequencies  are needed. Brain can feel the difference between left and right ear, and will compensate the difference.

Binaural beats music most likely consist of different binaural beats. For example, if the audio session is created for allowing you to experience astral projection, 6.3 hz resulting frequency is required, but most likely the music will start with beta frequencies, taking you down all the way to the required state. And in the end it will either take you up to full awareness or take you to the sleep. 

VERY IMPORTANT - Only lsten to binaural beats when you are in a comfortable position and no one will interrupt you. DO NOT listen while driving or doing any activity that requires to focus.

  • 14 Hz - Awakeness and alert. Concentration on tasks. Focus
  • 16 Hz - Hearing bottom range. Releases oxygen and calcium into cells
  • 12 - 15 Hz - Relaxed focus

Alpha state
  • 8- 10 Hz - Super-learning state. Great memorizing ability
  • 8.22 Hz - Brings creativity
  • 10 Hz - Serotonin release. Mood elevation
  • 10 Hz - Improves mood
  • 10 Hz - Reduce headaches
  • 11 Hz - Relaxed yet awake state
  • 12 Hz - Mental stability
  • 11 - 14 Hz - Increased focus and awareness
  • 12 - 14 Hz - Absorb information passively. Learning state
Theta state
  • 4.5 Hz - Tibetan state of consciousness
  • 4.9 Hz - Relaxation and deeper sleep
  • 4.9 Hz - Relaxation, meditation
  • 5 Hz - Reduces sleep required
  • 5.5 Hz - Intuition
  • 6.5 Hz - Theta frequency center. Increase creativity
  • 7.5 Hz - Creative thoughts. Problem solving

Delta state
  • 0.5 Hz - Relaxation. Release headaches
  • 0.5 - 1.5 Hz - Release endorphin so release Pain  
  • 0.9 Hz - Euphoric 
  • 1 Hz - Well being. Harmony.
  • 2.5 Hz - Production of endogenous opiates (pain killers, reduce anxiety)
  • 2.5 Hz - Relieves migraine pain. 
  • 3.4 Hz - Helps achieve restful sleep
  • 3.5 Hz - Feeling of unity with everything. Whole being regeneration
  • 3.9 Hz - Self renewal, enhanced inner awareness
  • •4.0 Hz - Vital for memory and learning. Problem solving.
  • •1 - 3 Hz - Profound relaxation, restorative sleep. Tranquility and peace

You can create your own binaural beats with Gnaural binaural beat sound generator. For better experience mix them with nature sounds, like ocean waves or bird songs (or whatever you like). That way you can create you own binaural beats music.

Music helps - increase brainpower

Music is one of the reasons why I enjoy living. Music is the elixir of life. It gives so much to me. It's like food, you know. I can't live without food and so without music. I don't know what's your relationships with music, but one thing I know for sure - music helps anyone.

You have definitely heard about how music affects our lifes. Music have the power to heal, isnpire, motivate and increase our abilities to work, learn.

It's a common belief that there is the good music that heals and there is the bad music that destroys. I say - there is only music that heals, there is no such thing as harmful music. (though there is music that is not much of a music anymore, but that's another story).

There is also a war between music fans. One will say that rock is the only good music, while others will consider it too loud and not for their ears. One will say that metal is a music from satan, others will laugh about modern pop songs, saying - there is no deep meaning in them.

I say - music exists because people feel meditation while listening. That's right, music is the most accessible source of meditation. So all music is great. But not all music is for all people.
Actually, people are listen to music because they have this need for meditation. Music fulfills that need. We like certain music, because we feel meditation while listening to that music.

Many people are into certain music genre, but there are also people like me, who takes something from all music styles. I really enjoy wide variety of music. I listen to classical music (most of the young people find this music boring, but I enjoy), rock, metal, blues, jazz, pop, new age. You see, I enjoy the whole richness of music.

One will say - while meditate you should listen to classical music or new age meditation music. I say - I can pretty well meditate while listening to metal. And that is truth. Meditation is about enjoying the moment. I listen to metal and I feel great meditation, I feel the drum beats and guitar riffs in the whole body.

Off course if you want to have calm meditation experience I advice listening to new age music with brainwave entertainment technologies, which help to relax.

The scientists have proven that music heals. They discovered it while studying classical music. Now there is such thing as music therapy, which has grown from those discoveries. Nowadays we know such technologies as binaural beats and isochronic tones. That's all about brainwave entertainment. I will touch those technologies in the next articles. I have a huge experience, experimenting with them. So I will give that information to you soon.

This time I want to tell you about classical music that can increase your brainpower. Classical music was the beginning of my journey with healing sounds. Some time ago, I fiound it hard to study, I found it boring to solve math exercises and memorize new information. Later I suddenly came across an article about music, that help dealing with different problems and diseases. And that article caught my attention.

In that article I found out about music that increase the ability to study, learn new information and solve math exercises. I give it a try and I can say - that music really help.

In that article there was said that Mozart piano sonata No. 11 in A major is very good for studying. So I started to listen to it often. I also listened to other Mozart music.

Later I bought the music album "Better Thinking through Mozart", which combines those songs by Mozart, which are related to increasing brainpower and develop abilities to think. Click on the image below to get to know more about the album or buy it. 


Actually any kind of instrumental music helps to focus. Listen to music with no lyrics (so you don't try to understande them) while you study or try to focus on your work. Choose the music that you feel will help you to focus.

My experience as I said is - music helped me a lot to increase my brainpower.

In the next article from the rubric "Music helps", I will tell you about brainwave entertainment music. That music is developed to stimulate certain parts of our brain. Sometimes brainwave entertainment music is more like sounds or noise, but often those sounds are combined with great compositions, so they become great music for meditation.

My Meditation techniques - Vipassana

   In the previous article about meditation, I got to the point that meditation is not an action, so doing meditation techniques is not meditation. Meditation techniques are just exercises, they are good and they are needed for you to prepare for the meditation. Meditation itself will come to you when you will let it in. And it can come to you any time, while you work, sleep, sit, eat; it doesn’t matter what are you doing, meditation can come to you anytime. Sometimes I feel meditation just for a momemt, it’s a moment of enlightenment. I bet you have experienced something like that. For example, you watch a movie or whatever, and then you start realizing that you allow your mind to go it’s own way, you are not in your mind. Those are great feelings -  to feel the moment, which is the only reality.

In every day life I practice several meditation techniques.
This time I will tell you about Vipassana meditation, which will work almost for anyone.

Vipassana meditation

   Vipassana meditation is about sitting silently and watching your breath. Follow your breath starting from inhale all the way to exhale. Feel your breath. The only thing that happens is your breathing, nothing else matters. When you start observing  your breath like this, you will notice that there are two points where your breath stops – gaps between inhalation and exhalation. That’s a very wonderful moment when your breath naturally stops. Catch that moment, feel it. It’s a really sesational moment. And remember, you don’t have to influence your breathing, you just witness it, observe it.  

I like how OSHO describes vipassana meditation. OSHO about gap in the breathing pattern:

Remember, you are not to stop it; it stops on its own. If you stop ityou  will miss  the  whole  point, because  the  doer  will  come  in  andwitnessing will disappear. You are not to do anything about it. Youare not to change the breath pattern, you are neither to inhale nor toexhale. It. is not like Pranayam of yoga, where you start manipulatingthe breath; it is not that. You don’t touch the breach at all – you allowits naturalness, its natural flow. When it goes out you follow it, when it comes in you follow it. OSHO, the orange book

The stopping point in your breathing pattern is the most significant.

...when the breathing stops youare  there, perfectly  there  –  you  are  perfectly  conscious, utterlyconscious.  And  the  breath has stopped, breathing  is  no more  there,and you are there. OSHO, the orange book

If you focus on the gap, you will notice that the gap is becoming bigger over the time. Soon enough you will realize that there is only the gap, you are no more breathing (actually you are breathing). All has stopped – the world, your mind, the time. Sit like that for some time watching your breathing, let’s say for about 20 minutes (OSHO suggests to do it 45 to 60 minutes). You can increase the time if you feel comfortable. It’s very liekely you will forget about time after some time. I advice you to do a meditation techniques when you don’t have short time limit, so you can feel comfortable and drift totally into meditative state.

Do this meditation technique once or twice a day (I do once). It’s helpful to sit at the same place and time every day. Soon your body will ask for meditation at that time and it will be easier for you to drift into meditation and release your thoughts.

Breath naturally, this is not a breathing exercise. So you don’t have to watch your breath the whole time, pay attention to whatever matters at that time – clouds, flowers, people around you, birds, etc.  Turn back to wacthing your breath time after time, when you naturally feel the need for that. Shift your attention, don’t concentrate like crazy, this is not about concentration, this is about meditation, about awareness.

For vipassana meditation choose any comfortable sitting position. You can just sit comfortably in your chair. But you have to sit, not lie down. Take a look here to choose sitting position, which is suitable for you. That is a good article about sitting positions. Some would say sitting positions and hand positions are significant, but I am not getting it. I believe my body will tell me what’s suitable for me.

What do you get from vipassana meditation?

The only aim of meditation is meditation itself. You don’t have to look for reasons to meditate. Meditate for the sake of meditation. That’s a wonderful thing. But we all want to know the positive effects of a meditation technique, right? Using vipassana meditation technique you transform yourself. It’s a self-transformation by self-observation. You drift into no-mind state, you let your body to relax. Vipassana meditation charges you with energy, clears your mind. While practising, you can feel sesational feelings, because of the huge energy flow through you body.

My experience with vipassana meditation is the best. I really enjoy it and I know you will enjoy it too. This meditation technique is really easy and very effective. This is for anyone, except if you hate sitting.

Meditate without leaving your computer

Do you feel sometimes you don't have time for meditation?

You better don't say that. You have to find time for yourself. It's probably more important than most of the work you do, because when you meditate you actually work with yourself, you allow your mind to coincide with your inner self. And that's very important. When you are in tune with your inner self, you can live happier life and discover what you really want to do in your life.

Often our daily routine is related to work with computers, so it seems difficult to put your work aside and relax time after time while you are working. Actually it's not that difficult. There are many ways relax your body and brain, so to be able to do your work even more efficiently.

One of the methods to relax while working is one momemt meditation. It is also called stop meditation. Stop doing whatever you are doing and start watching what's around you for about 60 seconds (or whatever time interval). Watch your colleagues working or just look out the window. Imagine you are not where you are, you are faded. Everything is going well without you, so you do not need to rush anywhere. It is a great meditation technique. It helps you to organise your thoughts and also relax your eyes. I suggest you to practise this technique several times per day.

Another way to meditate while you are at computer is watching meditation videos. There are many great meditation videos out there (I prefer to look for them in youtube). Those videos help you to relax using meditation music and beautiful video footage. It helps to bring your mind into meditative state.

Meditation is...

   The word MEDITATION is very popular nowadays. Meditation has come to western culture from the East. I have to say though that often the whole idea of meditation is ruined in different interpretations. I have read several books about meditation and I would like to present here my point of view.

The first thing. Mediation is not an action, it is a state of being.

   Meditation, visualization, self-hypnosis – they are not the same. Both visualization and self-hypnosis are good, but they are not meditation as different sources proclaim. Off course, in order to practice visualization and self-hypnosis you have to reach some kind of meditative state (let’s say state of consciousness), but that is not meditation.

What are states of consciousness?

   The brain produces brain waves. There are five main types of them – gamma, beta, alpha, theta, delta. You can google it and find more about that. But overall it’s all about frequencies your brain produces. If gamma is related to the highest frequencies and delta to the lowest, than you can imagine what I mean by state of consciousness. So any visualization or hypnosis is more effiecient when your brain is in a range of deep alpha state (relaxed state) and delta state (state of sleep). In these states you can reach your subconscious mind. This is  all about science. But meditation existed long before the discovery of brain waves, long before idea of visualization and hypnosis.

Meditation is almost impossible to define. Actually there is no definition, only a lot of descriptions. There are no rules, that can tell you how to meditate. Actually meditation is something personal to every people. Many people say – meditation is sitting silently. Yes, sitting silently can turn into meditation, but that’s up to that person. Many sources claim that meditation is about breathing. I say – yes, brething is important in relaxing process, but it is not meditation. It is just an exercise. Others say – you have to sit in special position  (like lotus position) and concentrate on your breath. And they call it meditation. There are lots of meditation techniques. You can look for them online or in books. But guess what I will say? Doing meditation technique is not a meditation, it is just an exercise that can lead you to meditation at some point (when you are ready to receive). So meditation is not an action. Actually you can not do meditation, but you can meditate. Where am I going with this? I mean, meditation is not about what you think or do, it’s about how you live your life.

One of the misconceptions about meditation is that it is hard to practice. Actually it is easy. But you have to come to this by yourself. You have to work with yourself, do meditation techniques you like, try to live at this moment. Later I will give you tips about how you can meditate at any moment. Many people consider difficult to do sitting meditation technique, because of the stress in their bodies. In order to release that stress there are action meditation techniques. So meditation is for anyone.

I have come to these conclusions after reading several books. But there is one person who tought me meditation. And that person is OSHO (Chandra Mohan Jain is his birth name). He has now left this planet (died at 1990), but his speeches had been recorder and now published in different resources. So everyone is able to learn from him. Off course, he is not the only one who revealed the idea of meditation, but he is definately the one who inspired me.

In order to bring the ideas to you, I will now post here some quotes, sayings and thoughts about meditation by OSHO (more information about him you can find here). And I will give my opinion and how I understand them. You are free to have you own ideas or opinions. I just want to tell you that the following ideas opened my door to the meditation. So let’s start.

The second thing. Meditation is a natural state; it’s not a discipline or practice.

Often the meditation just happens automatically. For example, meditation often happens in concerts. Both the listeners and performers are in a meditative state. They are totally into music and nothing else matters. That's a meditation.

Forget the dancer, the centre of the ego; become the dance. That is the meditation. Dance so deeply that you forget completely that ‘you’are  dancing  and begin  to feel that  you  are  the  dance.  The  divisionmust disappear; then it becomes a meditation. If the division is there,then  it is  an  exercise:  good, healthy, but it  cannot  be  said  to bespiritual. It is just a simple dance. Dance is good in itself – as far as itgoes,  it is  good.  After  it,  you  will  feel  fresh,  young.  But it is  notmeditation yet. The dancer must go, until only the dance remains. OSHO
In this quote OSHO speaks about the dancer. But we can put any occupation here (working, studying, eating, talking, etc). The main idea is that you have to totally invest yourself in what you do at the moment. Off course, it can happen in case you love what you do. If it is so, than your work can become meditation. It’s about doing things with awareness, not automatically. Have you noticed that often we are like robots, we don’t think about what we do, we just do it to gain something, to achieve something? That’s the reason we feel exausted and tired after our day. I advice you to start noticing your actions, not just perfor something you have to do, but do it with joy.

And there comes the next quote.

Meditation is nothing but putting the mind aside, putting the mind out of the way, and bringing a witnessing which is always there but hidden underneath the mind. This witnessing will reach to your center, and once you have become enlightened, then there is no problem. Then bring the mind in tune with you. OSHO

Actually the mind is what prevent us from meditation. The toughts distub us. Meditation is about being at the moment. But mind exist only in past and future. So meditation begins when mind goes away. Only then you can reach you inner self, discover yourself. You are not the mind. Only then when you have discovered who you really are, you can be free. Your mind at that moment is in tune with your inner self and you are totally free to be yourself.

There are such thing as guided meditation. You probably know it. It uses words to bring you to a meditative state. Actually it is more like hypnosis. Language is not necessary for meditation. Language exist when mind exist. But meditation is a state of no-mind.
Man is imprisoned by words. Man’s whole problem is language. Below language is the world of the animals and beyond language is the world of the gods. Between the two is the world of man, the world of language, words — philosophies, scriptures, theories and ideologies. The mind consists of words. Language is a tool to get information in everyday life, but inorder to get to know who you really are, you have to go into no-mind state. Actually you have watch your mind. And when you notice that you are not your mind, you no longer need to worry about anything. You can start living joyfully. You just watch how your life flows. You are the observer.

Just watch the body, the mind. They are not you, you are the watcher. OSHO

Meditation starts by being separate from the mind, by being a witness. That is the only way of separating yourself from anything. If you are looking at the light, naturally one thing is certain: you are not the light, you are the one who is looking at it. If you are watching the flowers, one thing is certain: you are not the flower, you are the watcher.Watching is the key of meditation. OSHO


The third thing. Whatch your mind.


So the main thing I learned about meditation from OSHO is that "watching thing". We can only experience meditation by being separate from mind. But there is no need to escape from mind, just watch your mind.

 So you can say meditation is another name of watching, witnessing, observing - without any judgement, without any evaluation. Just by watching, you immediately get out of the mind.... OSHO

Sounds very easy right? Well it is so, but you need to realize this by yourself.

When I started to watch my life from aside, I became more confident, more relaxed, less stressed, less worried. I became a different person. You know people often have problems and difficulties. They become stressed about that all. But you are not your problems. You are just watching how your mind creates and solves all those problems. You are no longer a slave to your mind. Your mind creates things and operates with them. Your mind creates your life. But you are just watching that all and enjoying life. This is amazing.


The fourth thing. Meditation has no goal.


Although, doing meditation techniques can improve health, break your limits, improve your abilities, meditation itself is not goal orientated. In different sources we can find information about how to use meditation to improve health, earn more money, be more successful. Actually meditation cannot be used with intention to gain something. You can visualize better health, you can try to attract more money, but you cannot meditate to get those things. When you try to meditate with intention to achieve something, the mind is in front and meditation goes away. Those are opposite things – mind and meditation.

If  you  are meditating for something, then you are concentrating, not meditating.

Meditation is an understanding that desires don’t lead anywhere. OSHO

We live in the world where desires are very important. When you desire something, you can get it. We try to attract things in our lifes (Law of Attraction). I am a big fan of Law of Attraction too. But when it comes to meditation, I put my desires aside. Then the meditation can begin.


Finally. Meditation techniques are important. They are exercises. They prepare you for the meditation.

 I will write my favourite meditation techniques later (in other article).

It’s important to choose some meditation techniques you like and practice them daily. I definately recommend you to check out the web page www.osho.com. You can find many OSHO meditation techniques there, including dynamic meditations. And I also suggest you to look for orange book by OSHO, there are plenty of meditation techniques there. Or you can take a look at other sources. There are many meditation teachers out there and I just told you about the one who inspired me.

For students and pupils - get better grades + video

How to get better grades at school or university?


Answers the following questions to yourself !



  • Do you sometimes have that feeling, that you can get better grades at school or University, but somehow just miss something?
  • Have you ever noticed that the grade you get in specific subject doesn’t depend on how much time and effort you put in studying?
  • Can you say that you know more than your grades show?
  • Have you ever had that feeling, that others are able to get excellent grades almost doing nothing, whereas you put huge effort with no visible result?
  • Do you sometimes explain your failures in test or exams as lack of talent, mental performance or luck?

    I think most people have heard something about such things as Law of attraction (LOA), mind power, mind programming. Everyone have heard something of this, many use it, but only some really know how to efficiently use these laws of nature and scientific discoveries.
    Nevertheless what is your attitude to this attraction and mind power think, it works and always.
    You have the option to stop reading this article now or you may proceed and discover an easy 4 step formula, that will help you get better results at studying right now. I will reveal it to you soon enough and you will find it easy to use in your daily life. Improving your result at studying is as an example here, but actually you can use this in any aspect of your life. This formula is tested. It works. Always.


    Step 1. – Study what you enjoy!


      
     To achieve the desired result in something, others would suggest you to study more, to force yourself, to overcome dislike, unwillingness, laziness, etc. I say -  those are destructive actions. Drop the idea of them. You don’t have to force yourself on doing what you don't like. You have to learn what you enjoy! And that is very important – learn what you enjoy and you will get your result. 

    Don’t like any subject? ☹
    Then find it. It is really so important! You cannot succeed if you are not doing what you enjoy.

    So what you have to do, is to take at least one subject you enjoy and promise yourself to become just perfect at it. Start working on that. Study your favourit subject more than others, study even more than you have to. You can even forget about the subjects you don’t like for some time. Do the minimum at them. Focus your attention and energy at those subject you like.

    This way you will learn, that studying is fun, it brings joy into your life. Soon enough you will notice that you wanna know and understand. It will let you look at other subject differently than before. Maybe you will notice they are somehow connected and, in order to be succeful in your favourite subject, you need some knowledge of others. Maybe by studying subject what you like, you will get to know more about subject you hate. You can’t get that idea just by reading this, you have to try. So try it! You will see that a lot of knowledge just comes to us, we don’t even have to push them into our brain. Knowledge comes to us, when we do what we like. When you will be able to enjoy studying, you will want to study even more and maybe you will start enjoying those subjects you hated before.

    The main thing – do not take studying as obligation. Do not look at school as some power or control over you.

    They say, in order for brain to function correctly, you have to learn systematically. Well, that is true. But don’t you think it is more pleasant to systematically learn what you love than to systematically push  information you consider nonsense  into you head?
    By systematically studying what you enjoy, you will increase your brain potential. Then you will understand that you can get good results in subjects that are not yours. You will notice that it takes less effort now and you always remain time for those subjects you enjoy.

    If you really can’t find any subject you like, then focus on your hobbies. It’s a good idea to develop your extra skills. They can be useful. The most important is that you do what you like, always. When I am not into studying I stop doing that even the exam is next day. I start playing the guitar, singing, watching movie, listening to music. After doing my hobbies I got inspiration to study.

    If that is working for me, why coudn’t it work for you?


    Step 2   - Visualization


       Some time ago I used visualization to improve my learning ability. Thanks to visualization, I raised my math level from 5 to 9 in a month, passed many exams practising only a day before. Visualization helped me to get convinced about myself and to feel successful. Now I don’t need visualization for this purpuse, but I want to tell you about that.

       I’m sure you’ve heard, that everything you see around is a result of our thoughts. Thats is true. We are the result of our thoughts as well. Maybe you believe in destiny and would say that our lifes are pre-determined and that we are each playing our own role, just like in theatre. In this case, you will have to drop these ideas, case you wanna make your own reality. I say, life is not a staged show, it is a game  and we set the rules and we can change them anytime. We just have to follow our own rules. Visualization technique would not be necessary, in case you could consider yourself as a creator of your own life and could live in faith that you can achive anything you want and that there are no limits at all.

    So what this visualization technique is about?

    It is about imagining that you have already achieved you aim.

    How can you use it for attracting better grades?

    Do the following!

         Determine your aim. Like – I will pass all my exams with excellent results. The goal must be clear and   expressed with intention.  Remember that feeling when you succeed. Hold that feeling inside you. It will help you with visualization.
    When you have time for yourself (and you got to find time for yourself), it can be before falling asleep, sit back or lay down and make sure no one will disturb you. Drop any thoughts that can interfere to focusing to your aim. Try to relax. You can try some breathing exercises, watch you breathing or meditate, if you know what I mean. Then start to imagine, how will you feel after you reach your aim (remeber those feelings of success I was telling you before). You have to make yourself feel that you have already successful and your aim has been reached. It is already happened. You have to feel it with the whole body. Don’t worry, if you can’t get those feeling right away. You are just exercising! The main thing – you have to enjoy this. To increase your sensation of success, you can imagine your grades report, certificate, teacher praise, and so on. It can be anything that can make you feel your aim being reached. Expect good results. It’s very important to try to be optimistic about yourself. Tell yourself that you can and ignore the people who say otherwise.       Welcome new ideas and listen to your inner guide. Do what you feel is rigth in every situation.  We can say that new ideas on how to get you result is a by-product of visualization technique. These new ideas can lead you to your aim straight away and you even not notice how that happened.

    This one moment idea worked for me a couple of times. In one exam, I got question I didn’t know the answer to. I got that feeling inside me, that I  have to change it to another (though it is not allowed). But I followed my inner guide and changed the question without teacher noticing it. It was the only moment to do that. I got the best grade at that exam! Forget it, I am not inviting you to cheat! I was studying very hard for that exam, but got the only question I was not prepared for. So you have to study hard! But some cheating is always allowed. :)

    And one more thing before I move to the next step, you have to always focus on result, not to specific question you know better and intend on having at your exam. So don’t try to visualize getting your favourite question, but rather getting the best result.

    You have to feel successul before taking an exam, and the best will happen!



    Step. 3 – Success mantras


       In every day life we are facing more negative news than positive ones. Disasters, murders and thefts happen all the time. And all the time someone will write about that. Are there really so  few beautiful things to write about? Don’t you think that the more we write about negativity, the more we get of it?  There is a saying – good news are bad news. These news are the most read, cited, discussed. Maybe there are people who feel better because someone’s in trouble. Maybe that makes them feel better about their life? Often we say to inspire others – be happy about you being able to walk, there are people, who don’t have legs? Or like this – there are people who are in trouble and they would like to be in your place, so don’t be sad? People sometimes cheer about others mishaps. But you can’t be successful thinking like that! Any information which is processed by the mind, leaves a trace in it.

    The mind is everything. What you think you become. Buddha
    Law of attraction?  Right.

    We have to stop thinking that negative information that comes into our minds. Solution – not to follow news or don’t watch TV ? Maybe just don’t let that negative information make such a big impact on us. That’s a good solution, but it does not compensate the lack of positive thoughts.

    What do I suggest? Success mantras.

    What is that? It is not something new, those are affirmations; Positive statements, that can clear your mind from any negative information. You just have to repeat to yourself those positive statements and by repeting them, you can stop your mind from focusing on negaticity and break your limitation you set for yourself. Human body reacts to information, received and processed by brain. Both your mood and feeling is dependent on information you are focusing the most. So it is so important to feed you brain with something nice. 

    Those success mantras you can invent by yourself, but I will offer you one such mantra, that I used some time ago. It helps to develop better memory and success in exams. Repeat it before taking exams.

    Here it goes:
    I know that my subconscious mind is also a treasure chest of memories. It stores all the information that I read in books, listen in lectures, find in online resources. I have an excellent memory. It gives me answers to every question whenever I need in exams, tests and contests. I feel sympathy for all my classmates and teachers and they have the same feelings about me. I sicerely wish them success and luck.
    And I invite you now to watch a video I made for this. It’s a combination of affirmations, pictures and music, helping you to visualize better results at school/Univeristy.

    You can use success mantras every time you feel down and pesimistic. You can say something like this – „Today is my lucky day!”, „Today is my great day!”, „I always succeed in all areas of life!”, „I will succeed. I always succeed.”, „I deserve success!”, „I am the creator of my own life!”, etc.
    Invent you own success mantras and repeat them to lift youself up.
    Convince yourself that you are the best! And that will do.


    Step 4 – Help and ask for help

    There was a time, I did not want to help others at all. I felt like the smartest in my class, so I also didn’t need any help. But after some time I started to do worse and worse at school and more often I had this need for others help. And then I started to think over.
    Remember the law – the more you give, the more you receive! Everybody know this. But not everybody understand that by giving you don’t have to expect something back. You just have to help others because you like so. You enjoy helping others. Feel honored that you are asked for help. That means you know something!
    And remember – people like to help each other. So ask for help whenever you need it. Every time there is someone that can help you. And every time there is someone you can help. By sharing knowledge with each other we share our experience that can not be read in books. We can this way get faster results in anything.
    And by helping others you have an opportunity to strengthen your knowledge.
    These are those 4 steps that you should perform in order to get better grades.

    In the beginning...

     Hi there,

    I am Mr. Luck


    Why do I call myself so?


    Actually I don't really know. I like asking myself questions to which I do not know the answer. :)


    But seriously speaking, I chose this name for myself, because I just feel lucky and happy about every aspect of life. And the more I call myself Mr .Luck, the more successful and luckier I become. Try it by yourself ! For example, call yourself Mr. or Ms. Money and soon you will see that money is going your way, just like luck is coming my way over and over again. Think yourself a nickname like that! :)


    What do I write?
